Aadarsha Kutumbam Day 6 Box Office: Rs 61.80 Crore Worldwide as Venkatesh Film Crosses Rs 60 Crore Mark

Venkatesh Daggubati’s Aadarsha Kutumbam House No: 47 has crossed the Rs 60 crore worldwide mark, collecting an estimated Rs 2.10 crore net in India on Day 6 (Wednesday, November 4) to take its six-day worldwide gross to Rs 61.80 crore, according to trade tracking website Sacnilk. The Day 6 figure is down 19.2 per cent from Day 5’s Rs 2.60 crore net, continuing the weekday slide that began after a strong opening weekend, but it was enough to carry the film past a milestone it had been closing in on since Tuesday. All figures are trade estimates.

The six-day totals now stand at Rs 39.50 crore net in India, with the domestic gross at Rs 46.30 crore, while overseas markets have contributed Rs 15.50 crore. The day-wise India net run reads Rs 9.75 crore on Friday, October 30, Rs 10.40 crore on Saturday, Rs 11.25 crore on Sunday, Rs 3.40 crore on Monday, Rs 2.60 crore on Tuesday and Rs 2.10 crore on Wednesday — a front-loaded curve in which the opening weekend delivered Rs 31.40 crore net, or nearly 80 per cent of the six-day total, before the first Monday cut collections by almost 70 per cent. The film is the first collaboration between Venkatesh and director Trivikram Srinivas, and it stars Srinidhi Shetty and Nara Rohith alongside the veteran actor. Produced by S. Radha Krishna under Haarika and Hassine Creations, the Telugu family action comedy-drama has been reported to carry a budget of around Rs 128 crore, which puts its six-day India net recovery at roughly 31 per cent of that figure. The film needed a strong second weekend to change its commercial story, and instead the weekday trend points the other way — and the calendar now turns hostile. Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana opens today, November 5, and Suriya’s Scene follows on November 6, so Aadarsha Kutumbam will lose screens and shows through its second weekend. Crossing Rs 60 crore gives the film a respectable headline; holding on through the Diwali rush will decide whether it has a second act at all.
