Khosla Ka Ghosla 2 Postponed: Anupam Kher Comedy Now Releasing March 5, 2027, May Clash With Salman Khan’s Monster

The return of the Khosla family to the big screen has been delayed. Khosla Ka Ghosla 2, which was originally slated to premiere on August 28, 2026, will now arrive in cinemas on March 5, 2027. The makers confirmed the new date through a fresh poster, captioned: “Deal Pakki! The Khoslas are ready to take possession of cinemas with #KhoslaKaGhosla2, arriving on the big screen on 5th March 2027!”

No official reason has been given for the postponement, even though filming wrapped up in early August 2026. The sequel brings back Anupam Kher and Boman Irani as Kamal Kishore Khosla and the scheming builder Kishan Khurana, joined by returning cast members Ranvir Shorey, Tara Sharma, Kiran Juneja and Parvin Dabas. New additions include Ravi Kishan and Divya Khossla. Priya Mishra and Prashant Bhagia direct, with T-Series Films and Tandav Films backing the project.

The new date could set up a box-office clash with Salman Khan’s Monster, which is eyeing an Eid 2027 release (Eid falls on March 10). If both hold their dates, it would be the first time in nearly 16 years that a film takes on Salman Khan during Eid — a festive period considered his stronghold.
