Aadarsha Kutumbam House No. 47 Day 5 Box Office: Rs 58.95 Crore Worldwide as Tuesday Holds Better Than Monday

Venkatesh and Trivikram Srinivas’ Aadarsha Kutumbam House No. 47 has steadied after its Monday fall, collecting Rs 2.60 crore net in India on Day 5 (Tuesday, November 3), down 23.5 per cent from Monday’s Rs 3.40 crore net rather than repeating Monday’s near-70 per cent crash from Sunday. The film played 2,962 shows on Tuesday at 21.1 per cent occupancy, and the gentler second-weekday decline is the first sign that the family audience is settling into a weekday pattern. All figures are trade estimates.

The Tuesday addition takes the film’s India net total to Rs 37.40 crore after five days, with the domestic gross at Rs 43.85 crore. Overseas markets added Rs 25 lakh on Tuesday, taking the overseas gross to Rs 15.10 crore, and the worldwide gross now stands at Rs 58.95 crore. The day-wise India net run reads Rs 9.75 crore on Friday, Rs 10.40 crore on Saturday, Rs 11.25 crore on Sunday, Rs 3.40 crore on Monday and Rs 2.60 crore on Tuesday, while the worldwide gross has moved from Rs 16.65 crore on Day 1 to Rs 33.95 crore in two days, Rs 50.95 crore in three days, Rs 55.65 crore in four days and Rs 58.95 crore in five days.

The context around the Tuesday number matters as much as the number itself. Trade reports put the film’s production budget at around Rs 128 crore including promotion costs, so the road to break-even remains long, and the film’s advance booking for Thursday, November 5 — the day Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana releases — stood at Rs 74.43 lakh gross in India-tracked advance sales, a reminder of how much screen space the epic will claim. The film stars Venkatesh alongside Srinidhi Shetty, with Nara Rohith, Nivetha Pethuraj, Yuvina Parthavi and Raja Prajwal in supporting roles, and it is written and directed by Trivikram Srinivas and produced by S. Radha Krishna under Haarika and Hassine Creations, with music by S. Thaman. It released in theatres on Friday, October 30.

Here is the Filmverse take: Tuesday did what Monday could not — it showed a floor. A 23.5 per cent weekday-to-weekday fall is ordinary business; the question now is whether Wednesday holds near Rs 2.5 crore, because Thursday brings Ramayana and a screen reshuffle that will hit every holdover at once. The film’s real prize in the next 48 hours is not a round-number milestone but survival: keep a respectable show count through the Ramayana opening weekend, and the family audience that carried its opening weekend can still build a second-week run.
