Hansal Mehta Begins Filming New Prime Video Series With Sunny Kaushal, Bipasha Basu and Vishal Jethwa

Filmmaker Hansal Mehta has begun filming his new Prime Video series, and the cast list alone has grabbed attention. The series stars Sunny Kaushal, Bipasha Basu and Vishal Jethwa — a mix of rising talent and a much-awaited return.

Bipasha’s casting is the headline here: the actor has largely been away from the screen in recent years, and her comeback in a Mehta project has fans genuinely excited. Sunny Kaushal, fresh off a string of well-received performances, and Vishal Jethwa, one of the most promising young actors in the business, round out an intriguing ensemble.

Mehta, known for Scam 1992, Shahid and Aligarh, has a reputation for pulling career-best performances out of his cast — so expectations from this collaboration are naturally high. Plot details are still under wraps, and the streamer is yet to announce a premiere date.

With cameras now rolling, expect more updates from the sets soon.
