There are multiple big banner and big budget movies are lined up to be released in September, isn’t it a Super September for moviegoers?
Movies Released in September:
This month, September 2023, saw the release of Atlee’s Jawan, Vijay Deverakonda and Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s blockbuster Kushi, and Anushka Shetty’s Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty. And to the delight of viewers, all of these films earned positive reviews from both the public and critics. people enjoyed watching these movies and they are still running and collecting well in nearby cinemas. The notable thing is that this is just the start of the month.
In addition to the already released movies, there are still a good amount of highly awaited movies about to be released in the four South Indian languages which includes Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada. For sure it is a special September for movie lovers and cinema owners.

- Telugu movies: Skanda, Ashtadigbandhanam, Changure Bangaru Raja, Ramanna Youth, Sodara Sodarimanulara, Cheater, Rudramkota, Tantiram: Chapter 1: Tales of Shivakasi, Rules Ranjann, Peddha Kapu: Part 1 and a few more.
- Tamil Movies: Chandramukhi 2, Mark Antony, Iraivan, En 6 Vaathiyaar Kaalpanthatta Kuzhu and Demon are confirmed to be released.
- Malayalam Movies: Chaaver, Praavu, Kasargold, Nadikalil Sundari Yamuna, Oruvattam Koodi and a few more might make it in September.
- Kannada Movies: Tales of Mahanagara, Digvijaya, 13 Part 1, Tatsama Tadbhava, Parimala D’souza, Bun Tea, Aaraariraaro, Baanadariyalli, Premam 2Two, Krranthiveera, Ardhambardha Premakathe. Already a big list, not sure if there can be a couple of more come out this month itself.

Chandramukhi 2
Chandramukhi 2 has generated a lot of buzz already because its predecessor was such a big hit. released in year 2005 the Rajinikanth and Jyotika-starrer Chandramukhi was well accepted and liked by public and critics. Chandramukhi 2 is written and directed by P. Vasu, produced by the renowned Lyca Productions and has great actors from north and south cinema including Raghava Lawrence, Kangana Ranaut, Vadivelu, Raadhika Sarathkumar, Lakshmi Menon, Mahima Nambiar, Srushti Dange, Rao Ramesh among others. As the predecessor, it is of Horror-Comedy genre.

Iraivan
Tamil cinema’s most well-known actors, Jayam Ravi and Nayanthara are playing the key roles in this psychological action thriller. Rahul Bose and Ashish Vidyarthi are also part of the cast. Iraivan’s release date was postponed to September 28 from last month. Iraivan is written and directed by I. Ahmed, produced by Sudhan Sundaram and G. Jayaram under Passion Studios.

Skanda
Skanda has the start cast of Ram Pothineni, Sreeleela, Saiee Manjrekar, and Prince Cecil in the key roles. Skanda is an action masala film written and directed by Boyapati Sreenu and produced by Srinivasaa Chitturi under Srinivasaa Silver Screen in collaboration with Zee Studios.
