Will Shah Rukh Khan ever beat Prabhas, Aamir in Worldwide Collections?

The record that Shah Rukh Khan’s film Jawan has set in terms of earnings since its release cannot be considered low in any way. But even after this, there are still 4 films ahead of Jawan in terms of worldwide collections. The difference is significant in the collections of these 4 films that it doesn’t look possible for Shah Rukh Khans to cross the collections of these biggies.

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s film Jawan has earned so much since its release that no record seems to be standing in front of him at the moment. Shah Rukh has broken the record for his own film, Pathan, in 23 days and has surpassed Pathan in terms of worldwide collections. However, some films are still ahead of Shah Rukh’s Jawan in terms of worldwide box office collections. And according to the way Dream Girl 2 and Fukrey are earning, it is almost certain to put a break on Jawan’s earnings.

The box office collection of Shah Rukh Khan’s film Jawaan is no less than happy news for the fans. Jawan has surpassed the worldwide collection of the film Pathan, which was released in January 2023. For this, Jawan did not have to face many problems. Pathan has earned around Rs 1055 crore since its release. Jawan has now broken it in 23 days, and the movie’s box office is still growing.

But Shah Rukh Khan’s journey to reach a record high is not an easy one. Even though his film has set a new record in terms of collections, there are still four films that are looking to stay ahead of Jawaan. These films also include those from the South Indian film industries. Talking about the worldwide collections, Aamir Khan’s Dangal had earned Rs 2070 crore. At present, Shah Rukh has earned only half of its collection. It is impossible for Jawan to break this record. “Baahubali 2: The Conclusion” earned Rs 1788 crore worldwide. Breaking the collection record of  “Baahubali 2: The Conclusion” is also not looking possible for Jawan.

Talking about other films, SS Rajamouli’s film RRR made history by winning the first ever Oscar for Indian film song. RRR earned Rs 1230 crore worldwide. The fourth film in the list is South superstar Yash’s film KGF Chapter 2. “KGF: Chapter 2” earned a total of Rs 1215 crore.

Going by the worldwide collections of the above four films, it is almost certain that Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan will not be able to reach the collections of these films in worldwide earnings.
